Letter To Request For Disconnection

Why do we do about insomnia?

(Question submitted by Annie)

The sleep disorder is a disproportionate response to small problems in life (be they colleagues, length of breaks, of tasks, quality of coffee).

These facts are known for a long time. They have even been scientifically documented. In 1916, a team of psychologists was conducted in the trenches of Verdun, a survey of a thousand French soldiers called to suffer from insomnia. Result, the vast majority of these insomniacs claimed to have some complaints about their work.
