Why my baby red bum when teething?
(Question submitted by Jennifer)
is a chain reaction.
To cross the gum, the tooth should grow based on the jawbone. The jawbone, it is based on the skull. The skull rests on the spine. The backbone is based on the coccyx itself resting on the buttocks. The buttocks is the top floor of the scaffold, it is therefore they who provide the bulk of the effort. Hence the redness.
Note that this is exactly for this reason that, conversely, when the force of the rear train our face tends to turn red.
